✅ All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products—vintage, rare, and one-of-a-kind instruments—all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once a transaction is completed, unless the item arrives in a condition significantly different from the listing description.


📦 Shipping Damage or Item Not as Described

If your item arrives damaged or not as described in the product listing:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at order@theguitarrescue.store.

  2. Provide detailed photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

  3. We will review your claim and respond promptly with next steps.

Please note: Cosmetic imperfections and signs of normal wear are often part of vintage instruments and are disclosed in the product description. These do not qualify for a refund.


⚠️ Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before the item has shipped. Once the item is in transit, the order is considered final and cannot be canceled.


📍 Local Pickup Policy

If you choose local pickup:

  • You may inspect and test the instrument before completing your purchase.

  • Once the item is handed over, no refunds or returns are accepted.

We encourage you to contact us directly with any concerns before initiating a payment dispute. Our goal is to resolve all issues in a fair and timely manner.


🔁 Trade-In or Exchange Policy
