Case Details: Non-original Hard Shell
Cosmetic Condition: This bass shows nice aging and play wear. Finish checking is present throughout. Light buckle rash exists on the back of the body. There is finish checking around the neck/fretboard seam – the seam is secure. There are a lot of other various nicks, chips, and dings throughout.
Serial Number: 398353
Tech Notes: Currently set up with 45-100 gauge strings, low action, and optimal neck relief. The frets are wide with moderate height showing light play wear.
— The serial number dates from 1974 or 1975. The electronics date from 1974. There is a “2” embossed above the serial signifying this bass guitar as a factory second.
