USA made ESP Eclipse that I bought on Reverb in 2016. Played lovingly and lightly at home on and off over the years. Never gigged and the home is smoke free. This is a beautiful instrument and I took good care of it. The ebony fretboard was oiled yearly (at least) and it was always kept clean and dust free. There are no scratches or marks on the body as far as I can see.
The frets are nickel silver (ESP switched to SS since then) and jumbo size, probably 6100s. All original except for the pickups. When I bought it the pickups had been replaced by the original owner with Bareknuckle Emeralds. I replaced those with Bareknuckle Mules (their “PAF” humbuckers). Please note that these are the unpotted version. According to my calipers the neck measurements are: neck thickness at first fret 21.2 mm, neck thickness at 12th fret 22.6 mm, nut width 43 mm. The body is chambered so it’s relatively light and also has a hollow-ish, resonant acoustic tone. Sperzel locking tuners, TonePros TOM bridge.
I would say this is probably the best made guitar I’ve ever owned. Everything about it is quality. The finish is a sparkly black metallic, which is gorgeous.
I’ve enjoyed this guitar for almost 10 years but it’s time to let it go as I have a Les Paul that I dearly love and mostly play partscasters these days anyway. Also I dare you to come up with a more beautiful case. The lining is stunning and the guitar fits like a glove in it.
