At TheGuitarRescue.store, we offer free local pickup for customers who prefer to collect their guitars or gear in person. Here’s everything you need to know about how local pickup works:

📍 Location

Local pickups are available from our main location in New Jersey. The exact address and pickup details will be provided after checkout.

🕒 Pickup Hours

Pickups are by appointment only, scheduled during our business hours:

Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday – Sunday: Closed (Special appointments available upon request)

✅ How It Works

  1. Select "Local Pickup" at Checkout
    During checkout, choose the “Local Pickup” option under shipping methods.

  2. Wait for Pickup Confirmation
    We’ll contact you via email or text once your order is ready. Please wait for confirmation before coming to pick it up.

  3. Schedule Your Pickup Time
    We'll coordinate a day and time that works best for you.

  4. Bring ID and Order Confirmation
    Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation email when you come to pick up your item.

📦 Holds & Reservation

  • Once ready, your item will be held for 5 business days.

  • Need more time? Let us know—we’re flexible with communication.

  • If you’ve paid via bank transfer or PayPal, we can hold the item under your name until pickup.
