Here is a wonderful example of the ever elusive Ibanez JEM7P-BK.
The JEM7P is a JEM series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 1988. It is a signature model of American guitarist Steve Vai. It was made in Japan by Fujigen. The JEM7P features an American basswood body bolted to a maple Wizard neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with disappearing pyramid position markers. The fretboard is scalloped above the 21st fret. Components include pickguard-mounted DiMarzio pickups with dual PAF Pro humbuckers flanking a custom JEM single-coil, a double locking tremolo bridge with a locking nut and Gotoh tuning machines. Like the JEM7 RB, the JEM7P has a wider, unnotched monkey grip. The JEM7P was discontinued after 1992.
Comes with Ibanez trem arm and non-original hardshell case.
Please examine photos carefully with regards to condition. Has the typical neck joint finish crack, but this was gone over by our guitar tech and confirmed it is just in the finish. Surprisingly great condition for being 35 years old.
